While processing your order we take great care in handling your product. Unfortunately, as a just started brand, we cannot offer free shipping and/or returns to every country in the EU. Please see in below table to which countries we do ship, and at which conditions.

Due to unforeseen circumstances it might be possible that your package arrives somewhat later than stated above. Orders which are placed on or before 16:00 hours (4 PM) will be handed over to our logistics partner on the same day. Take in account an extra day of delay for orders placed on Saturdays due to the fact that logistics do not run on Sundays.
Once we have handed over your package to our partners, you will receive a Track and Trace code through email.
Through having clear and correct product descriptions and sizing tables on our website we strive to provide you with a pants which suits your needs, without having to order multiple sizes and/or returning non-fitting items. Should you however, by any chance feel the need the return an item anyway, you have the right to do so, within 30 days after the day of delivery. Unfortunately, we only offer free returns on orders from the Netherlands.

Should you wish to return a bought item, please make sure all original labels are attached and the pants is in the same unworn condition as you received it. In this way, we are able to sell the pants in the same condition to another customer.
If you decide to return an item, just fill out the returns-form which comes with the delivery of the pants. Did you lose your form? No worries, click this link to download a new one.
Once you handed over your package to a transporter (of your own choosing) make sure to hold on the proof of sending until we have received and processed your package
Exchange of items
Unfortunately we do not offer the opportunity to exchange items. Did you order a pants but is the Fit not meeting your expectations? Please let us know so we can prevent these incidents in the future. In the meanwhile, you can return your item according to the above stated policy and order a new one, should you still feel like it.
